How Do I Take My Medication?

Question by : how do i take my medication?
im 18 & i have really bad anxiety problems. its so bad where i get panic attacks & i have emotional outbursts. i have a big fear of vomiting. today my doctor perscribed me paxil medication for my anxiety. i tried taking it for 2 days & its making me nauseous. i am terrified to throw up but i dont want to quit the medication. the benefit will outweigh the side effects. i have ginger ale, pepto bismol, & today i got a perscription for Zofran an antinausea medication. so what do i do when i freak out & get nauseous from the pill? PLEASE HELP I DONT WANNA GIVE UP I WANNA HELP MYSELF!!!
